Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Data Center Technician II to deliver 24x7x365 customer and internal support for data center infrastructure. The role emphasizes professional technical interaction, prompt issue resolution, and adherence to Flexential processes while ensuring secure access and accurate documentation.

The position requires on-site presence in the Douglasville, GA Data Centers and the flexibility to work any shift.

Qualifications

• Must have strong familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Must be able to provide excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Ability to work any shift in a 24/7 environment; onsite presence required.
• Experience in IT support or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution or escalation of customer issues.
• Deliver proactive updates to customers and teammates.
• Perform remote hands work and on-site install tasks as required.
• Manage data center duties and maintain clean, organized cabinets and cages.
• Maintain documentation and complete end-of-shift reporting.
