Flexential is hiring a Data Center Technician I to deliver physical and Level II technical support in a 24x7 environment. The role emphasizes customer interaction, incident escalation, and precise documentation while upholding safety and cabling standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring alarms, performing hardware installs in customer cabinets, and ensuring clean, organized data center operations. Local travel may be required; a high school diploma is required.

• Understanding of Windows and Microsoft operating systems.
• Must be a self-starter, reliable and dependable.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong attention to detail, making and keeping commitments and meeting deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by prioritizing satisfaction and professionalism.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues and alarms.
• Perform physical security walkthroughs and manage sign-in procedures for all customers and visitors.
• Track, document, and time-stamp tasks and support cases.
• Follow Flexential Cabling Standards and document work in ServiceNow.
