The role requires knowledge of facilities infrastructure, Windows OS, and PC troubleshooting, with professional and calm customer interaction. Responsibilities include incident triage, vendor access, remote hands, 24/7 shift flexibility, and diligent documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, IT support, or trade.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts and be present at Douglasville site.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution or escalation of customer issues.
• Maintain professional conduct during data center duties.
• Perform remote hands tasks and on-site support as needed.
• Update documentation and complete workflow tasks promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas and infrastructure.
