Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Data Center Technician I to provide 24x7x365 technical support for Flexential customers and resources. The role requires familiarity with facilities infrastructure, Windows OS, and PC troubleshooting, with a professional demeanor in customer interactions.

Responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure, following ServiceNow workflows, and maintaining data center cleanliness and security procedures. Onsite work in Alpharetta, GA is expected.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing great customer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of Windows and Microsoft operating systems.
• Must be a self-starter, reliable and dependable.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong attention to detail, making and keeping commitments and meeting deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-4 years of experience in IT or Data Center Support.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships; respond to calls and emails.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues and alarms.
• Follow ERP processes and escalate to engineering as needed.
• Perform security walkthroughs and sign-in/badging procedures.
• Document time spent on tasks and support cases.
