You will communicate with customers and internal teams in a calm, professional manner. The position requires Windows expertise, knowledge of facility systems (UPS, generators, HVAC, PDUs), and a readiness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 24/7 production environment.
• Proficient understanding of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with data center operations and supporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own audits and report findings to stakeholders with precision.
• Support junior technicians and document QA and communications across tools.
• Maintain customer relationships with prompt, professional responses.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure alarms and follow escalation paths.
