Job summary

Flexential is hiring a Data Center Technician to provide 24x7x365 support in a Dallas-area data center. You will assist customers, monitor infrastructure, perform hardware installs, maintain security procedures, and document tasks in ServiceNow while following cabling standards.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work varied shifts. Experience in IT or data center environments is preferred, and lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent customer experience and professional communication.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships; respond to calls and emails promptly.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues in Flexential infrastructure and escalate as needed.
• Perform security sign-in, badges, and site escorting per policy.
• Document time spent on tasks and maintain accurate timesheets.
• Follow Flexential Cabling Standards and document assets and tasks.
