Flexential Corp. is seeking a Data Center Technician II to support 24/7 operations in a fast‑paced data center environment. You will work with Windows OS, power infrastructure, and security procedures while delivering reliable, customer‑facing service.

Responsibilities include audits, documentation, and escalation of ServiceNow tickets. You will collaborate with DCM/CIE teams, track tasks, and ensure cabling and safety standards are followed.

Competenze

• Experience in a 24/7 production environment.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Proficient understanding of Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking (Routing, Subnets, protocols).
• Technical aptitude with building management systems (UPS, generators, HVAC, PDUs).
• Knowledge of data center operations.
• 2–4 years IT/Data Center Support experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with cable standards (568A/B).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Mansioni

• Execute standard auditing tasks with ownership and reporting.
• Support DCT I and developing DCT II through documentation and QA.
• Model technical excellence and guide others in tools and processes.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and alarms, escalate as needed.
• Perform security sign‑in administration and escort duties.
• Document time spent on tasks and support cases.
• Enter Cap Labor accurately on timesheets and submit timely.
• Follow Flexential Cabling Standards.
• Act as escalation resource for ServiceNow tickets.
• Coordinate Remote Hands tasks and verify instructions.
• Lead provisioning tasks and set deadlines.
• Handle upgrade/replacement requests and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in site safety walkthroughs and Go‑Team drills.
• Understand power, fire suppression, and cooling; answer complex questions.
• Escalate issues and communicate resolution steps clearly.
• Manage access control and monitoring duties.
