Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 1+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience.
• Willingness to travel between data center locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix on components.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to operational incidents.
• Serve as primary contact with internal/external stakeholders (engineers, vendors, contractors).
• On-call duties and participate in maintenance and change management activities.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements; help train new team members.
