Qualifications

• Hardware troubleshooting and assembly experience.
• Linux operating system experience.
• Ability to lift and position equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility for 24/7 shifts and on-call rotations, with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs; perform root-cause analysis.
• Assemble, install, and maintain server, networking, and test equipment.
• Develop scripts to update server/networking hardware; maintain inventory and docs.
• Respond to on-site equipment failures within 60 minutes during on-call rotations; travel up to 10% to other data centers.
