Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Data Center Manager to lead on-site operations at our Cheyenne facility. You will guide a team of technicians through hardware diagnostics, repairs, and new installations, while implementing best practices to maximize uptime and reliability.

In this hands-on leadership role you will respond to emergencies, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and drive strategic initiatives to improve data center performance in a fast-growing cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations, with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure including servers, networking, and cooling systems.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
• Experience with data center management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data center technicians in daily operations including server maintenance and wiring.
• Develop and implement best practices for uptime and efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support client projects and service delivery.
• Perform regular inspections and audits of data center equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with stakeholders to minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance skills.
• Collaborate with management on initiatives to improve performance and scalability.
