Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Technician to ensure uptime and reliability of our physical infrastructure. You will diagnose and repair hardware and network issues, document procedures, and support data center operations in a 24/7 environment.

This salaried, 100% onsite role requires the ability to lift heavy equipment, work in a climate-controlled data center, and participate in on-call rotations. The base salary ranges from 65,000 to 83,000 USD with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hardware troubleshooting and assembly experience.
• Experience with Linux operating systems.
• Ability to handle equipment in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Train internal teams on procedures and best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes and systems.
• Provide technical support to data center teams.
• Develop scripts to update server and networking hardware.
• Manage inventory and hardware installation tasks.
• Possibly travel up to 10% to other data center locations.
• Respond to on-site equipment failures within 60 minutes during on-call.
