CoreWeave is a leading AI-focused cloud provider delivering cutting-edge data center infrastructure and services. This role sits in the Data Center Operations team, operating our physical assets to ensure stability, security, and reliability in a fast-growing environment.

The Data Center Technician role is 100% onsite at one of our data center locations, with on-call rotation and potential travel. Strong hardware, Linux, and scripting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and assembly.
• Proficiency with Linux operating system.
• Experience or familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Ideal: IT-related associate degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
• Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Training of internal teams.
• Development of documentation.
• Provide technical support to data center teams.
• Develop scripts to update server and networking hardware.
• Maintain inventory and assemble/install equipment.
• Perform maintenance of test and tool equipment.
• Travel up to 10% to other data center locations as required.
• Respond to on-site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes while on on-call.
