Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI™, is seeking a Data Center Technician for a 100% onsite role. You will maintain data center operations, diagnose hardware and network issues, and perform on-call duties.

This hands-on position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, traveling up to 10% to other centers, and rapid response to on-site failures. Experience with Linux, hardware troubleshooting, and scripting is valued.

Qualifications

• Hardware troubleshooting and assembly experience.
• Experience with Linux operating systems.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs and work in a data-center environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
• Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Training of internal teams.
• Development of documentation.
• Provide technical support to data center teams.
• Development of scripts to update server and networking hardware.
• Maintain inventory and assemble/install equipment.
• Perform maintenance of test and tool equipment.
• Travel up to 10% to other data center locations as required; respond to on-site equipment failures within 60 minutes during on-call.
