Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our onsite team. You’ll help ensure availability and reliability of our data center infrastructure through hands-on hardware and network diagnostics, repairs, and on-call support.

You’ll work with cutting-edge systems and collaborate across teams to maintain world-class uptime. The role requires Linux experience, physical stamina, and the ability to travel between data centers up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Computer hardware skills including troubleshooting and assembly.
• Linux operating system experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a 24/7 shift.
• Willingness to travel between data centers up to 10%.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
• Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Training of internal teams and development of documentation.
• Provide technical support to data center teams.
• Develop scripts to update server and networking hardware.
• Maintain inventory and assemble/install equipment.
• Respond to on-site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes.
