Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our Data Center Operations team on a 100% onsite basis. You will maintain data center operations, diagnose hardware and network issues, and perform repairs to ensure service levels are met.

Occasional travel to other data center locations may be required. The role is salaried with on-call responsibilities and a base salary range of $65,000–$83,000, plus discretionary bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hardware troubleshooting and assembly experience.
• Ability to transport equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working in a 24/7 on-call environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to other data centers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
• Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Training of internal teams.
• Development of documentation.
• Provide technical support to data center teams.
• Development of scripts to update server/networking hardware.
• Assemble and install equipment.
• Perform maintenance of test and tool equipment.
