Job summary

Tes Recruiting is seeking a Business Development Manager for Data Center Solutions to drive new project opportunities across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centers. This is an individual‑contributor role for someone who can build relationships, influence product specifications, and manage long‑cycle technical sales opportunities from early design through project close.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of B2B sales or business-development experience in a project-based technical sales environment.
• Experience selling data-center infrastructure or related construction solutions.
• Ability to work with drawings and communicate with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business within the data-center construction market.
• Build relationships with operators, EPCs, general contractors, MEP firms, and design engineers.
• Drive specification sales by getting BAND-IT solutions considered during design and design-build phases.
• Manage the full project sales cycle from opportunity development to close.
• Travel to customer meetings, project sites, and industry events; maintain a disciplined pipeline in CRM.
