Cyient seeks a highly driven Data Center Sales Leader to accelerate growth in the North American data center market. You will develop executive relationships with hyperscalers, colocation providers, data center owners, investors, EPCs, general contractors, and technology partners while driving revenue growth through integrated automation, energy solutions, and mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

15+ years of sales/business development experience in Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, or Electrical Infrastructure.
Proven success managing large-scale sales opportunities and building executive relationships.
Strong understanding of hyperscale and colocation data center markets.
Experience with owners, developers, investors, EPCs, and general contractors.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the North American Data Center sector.
Build and manage a robust pipeline exceeding $50M+ across data center infrastructure, automation, and energy solutions.
Drive new business acquisition and expand market presence within hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and edge data center segments.
Identify, qualify, and secure large-scale mission-critical projects from concept through contract award.
Support market expansion initiatives, including launching and scaling regional operations.
