Qualifications

• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the North American data center market development strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Identify high-value segments, including hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and supporting infrastructure providers.
• Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to inform strategic direction.
• Develop multi-year growth plans with clear targets, milestones, and initiatives.
• Build and deploy go-to-market strategies to increase specification and adoption of HellermannTyton solutions.
• Partner with Sales to enable opportunity pipelines within target accounts and verticals.
• Drive new product developments with the innovation team and product management.
• Support channel development, including distributors, integrators, and contractor networks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key data center stakeholders including operators, design firms, contractors, and OEMs.
• Represent HellermannTyton in industry forums, trade shows, and customer engagements.
• Gather and translate customer insights into actionable business and product strategies.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices and align strategies.
