Job summary

HelpResource is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our data center staffing business across the United States. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution and workforce deployment, targeting operators, developers, and contractors.

You will lead outbound prospecting, develop relationships with decision-makers, and tailor staffing proposals to meet project needs, ultimately closing staffing agreements and expanding key accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of B2B sales experience
• Experience in staffing, construction, engineering, or technical services preferred
• Data center industry experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to independently generate leads and reach senior decision-makers
• Proven success in negotiating and closing B2B contracts
• Ability to calculate bill rates, markups, and gross profit

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients within the data center industry
• Develop relationships with operators, developers, and contractors
• Identify decision-makers in construction, project management, operations, procurement
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, networking, and meetings
• Prepare staffing proposals and customized workforce solutions
• Close staffing agreements and coordinate launches
• Build long-term client relationships and expand accounts
• Coordinate with recruiting and operations to ensure delivery
• Track market trends and data center projects
