Job summary

Network Connex seeks a driven business development professional to lead national sales within the Data Center Services portfolio. You will engage DC operators, hyperscale and cloud customers, and partners to craft opportunities from concept to handoff.

The role emphasizes building strategic relationships across executives, engineering, and operations, with a focus on expanding into new geographies while maintaining existing client relations. Travel 25–50% is required.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development or geographic expansion in B2B environments.
• Strong relationship-building and prospecting capabilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly (2 positions needed in GA and AZ).

Responsibilities

• Execute business development for new and existing key accounts in the Data Center Services portfolio.
• Develop integrated sales plans and cadence with customers and partners.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and KPIs to leadership.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Team and Global Account leaders through the sales cycle.
• Lead market activation in assigned geographies and build strategic partnerships.
• Identify new logos and expansion opportunities within target markets.
• Coordinate with Operations and Delivery teams to align growth with delivery readiness.
