Job summary

Actalent Services LLC is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with deep data center industry experience to lead sales of engineering, design, construction and project management services to OEMs, AECs and power providers.

This national-role emphasizes developing and executing sales strategy, expanding key accounts, and collaborating with delivery partners to win new logos while traveling domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years sales and new business development experience.
• Experience selling project/construction management and/or engineering/design services in data center lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate with executive partners and SMEs to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify new services opportunities within target accounts aligned to data center growth strategy.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on engineering services, construction management and project outsourcing for data centers.
• Leverage consultative selling to increase deal size and move deals up the value chain.
• Expand current account relationships and win new logos across data center hyperscalers, AEC and utilities.
• Navigate contracts, negotiations, and internal/external reviews; report account plans.
