Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Center Commercial Manager to support the DCS business in the Americas, acting as the SME on commercial agreements and risk management. You will lead the commercial position for accounts, participate in customer meetings, and develop training for large accounts.

Responsibilities

Lead on the commercial position of accounts, attend customer and review meetings, manage reporting, and roll out bespoke commercial training for large accounts.
Support the transition of new wins, educate and influence operations and procurement in risk management, change management and best practices.
Assist with the negotiation and agreement of contracts with internal stakeholders and legal support to achieve signed documents.
Engage with sales, tender or re-tender processes, align negotiation strategies, coordinate with internal/external legal teams.
Influence internal and external stakeholders, ensure compliance with Global Risk Policy, contracting standards and company procedures.
Promote commercial best practices through governance reviews, standard templates, and process checks.
Educate stakeholders on commercial concepts via meetings, training courses, and contract obligation summaries.
