Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Manager to lead the technical engineering team responsible for preventative maintenance, routine operations, and emergency repairs in mission-critical environments. You will safeguard infrastructure uptime and manage on-site client relationships.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, SLA compliance, RAMS preparation, and collaboration with stakeholders to meet contractual milestones while upholding CBRE standards and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven understanding of data center infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, UPS).
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance mentoring.
• Strong communication for high‑pressure infrastructure problems.
• Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility engineers and technicians, including performance reviews and scheduling.
• Oversee maintenance, work orders, and SLA compliance.
• Manage on-site client relationships and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee infrastructure installations and power deployments.
• Prepare RAMS and risk mitigation plans for maintenance activities.
• Ensure documentation and standards for deployments.
