CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for Data Center operations to manage a team delivering operations and facilities management services at multiple client locations.

The role requires onsite presence and leadership over staff, training, performance evaluations, and client coordination. The position emphasizes supervising staff, coordinating training and hiring, and ensuring adherence to SLAs, safety, and quality standards while driving account development and innovations in service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impact on own job discipline and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision for employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach account leadership as needed.
• Point of contact for the client while working with key stakeholders to meet all MSA requirements.
• Ensure completion of configuration management, work orders, preventive maintenance, and repairs within the agreed SLA timeframe.
• Verify facility infrastructure equipment installations are within the agreed SLA timeframe.
• Confirm all advanced deployments are installed to applicable internal, manufacturer, and industry standards.
• Ensure adherence to Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental compliance and related performance metrics.
• Apply broad knowledge of the business and own discipline and how it integrates with others to achieve objectives.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
• Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.
• Create and implement strategy for account development, endorsing innovation and improved ways of working.
