Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead design, preconstruction and construction on multiple campuses. You will interact with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of critical data center facilities.

The role requires five+ years in commercial construction, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years of commercial construction management experience across delivery methods.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint for executive updates and Excel for budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple campus projects with updated budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Develop a master development program for sites including campus design and budget.
• Manage entitlements, permits and multi-phased site development plans.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Vendors.
• Present program updates to executives on a monthly basis.
