Expect travel to Data Center and Carrier sites up to 75%.

The role emphasizes leading cross-functional efforts, applying 8D, A3 and DMAIC methodologies, and delivering superior product experience across evolving customer quality needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 5+ years in Quality Engineering, NPI, Product/Manufacturing Engineering with 8D,A3,DMAIC and root-cause analysis.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Supplier Quality.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional activities and influencing without authority.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Carrier Quality to Data Center customers.
• Engage with customers to understand concerns and drive solutions.
• Communicate quality concerns back to manufacturing locations.
