Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead data center customer quality initiatives in Charlotte, NC. You will act as the face of Carrier Quality, drive swift containment, root cause analysis, and permanent corrective actions in collaboration with manufacturing.

This role requires strong 8D, A3, and DMAIC experience and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams while traveling up to 75%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years in Quality Engineering, NPI, Product/Manufacturing Engineering with strong 8D, A3, DMAIC and root cause analysis.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Supplier Quality.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional activities and influencing teams without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Be the face of Carrier Quality to Data Center customers.
• Directly engage with customers to understand concerns and drive solutions.
• Communicate quality concerns back to manufacturing locations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and sites to drive robust Root Cause & Corrective Actions.
• Ensure field actions are determined and executed with urgency.
• Travel to Data Center and Carrier sites up to 75%.
