The role interfaces with customers and Ericsson vendors, auditing quality and driving high standards across installations, migrations, remediation, and remote hands services while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3–15 years of experience in data center operations or similar technical environment with direct customer interaction.
• Hands-on experience with connectorized fiber optic cabling (single-mode and multi-mode).
• Strong ability to read and interpret cut sheets and network diagrams for accurate connections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of work in customer data centers and provide feedback to technicians.
• Interact with customers through ticketing tools or in person, delivering clear reports.
• Assist with fiber installation, decommissioning, break/fix, remediation and migrations in data center optics.
