Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a General Manager for Data Center Services to own the P&L performance and lead safe, compliant delivery of industrial and environmental services to data center customers across an assigned region.

The role provides operational leadership for multiple branches and facilities, drives profitability, staffing, regulatory compliance, and client relationships while executing business strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science or related field is required.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience with P&L management preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental policies, legislation and regulations.
• Able to effectively lead and manage a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and accountability for performance, profitability, safety, and compliance of multiple locations within a region.
• Oversees regional profit and loss, staffing, budgets and capital expenditures.
• Monitors KPIs, safety metrics, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction across sites.
• Develops leadership, coaching and succession planning for Branch and Operations Managers.
• Ensures regulatory permits and compliance with environmental, transportation, and safety standards.
• Directs resources across locations to meet customer commitments and optimize performance.
• Supports growth initiatives by maintaining relationships with key customers.
