Clean Harbors, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead field operations for data center construction, specialty mechanical support, commissioning, flushing, and filtration, while ensuring every job is delivered safely, on schedule, and in full compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related required.
• 5-7 years' relevant experience in one of our lines of business. (Chemical cleaning, Water Filtration and Special Mechanical) Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Manage and coordinate the efforts and Health and Safety oversite of Clean Harbors/HPC employees.
• Ensure utilization of all equipment and manpower is maximized.
• Develop, monitor and measure against operational and financial KPI's.
• Establish processes to measure performance of all personnel to continuously improve performance levels.
• Ensure infrastructure and employees are equipped to conduct business efficiently and are able to perform well in their jobs.
• Develop and ensure compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
