• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Environmental Science or related required.
• 7-10 years' relevant experience; alternative combinations may be accepted.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental policies, legislation and regulations.
• P&L management experience.
• Budgeting and financial management skills.
• Able to lead a multi-site environment.
• Strong business acumen.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Change management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple locations, focusing on performance, profitability, safety, and compliance.
• Manage regional profit and loss, including labor, materials, disposal, and SG&A costs.
• Monitor facilities performance, KPIs, safety metrics, and customer satisfaction; implement improvements.
• Develop staffing plans, succession strategies, and supervise site leaders.
• Oversee capital expenditures, budgets, and regional business plans.
