Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a General Manager for Data Center Services to own P&L and lead safe, compliant delivery of industrial and environmental services to data center customers within the assigned region. You will oversee multiple branches, facilities and operations, drive profitability, staffing, and Safety performance aligned with corporate goals.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and ability to travel ~50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, environmental science or related field is required.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience; alternative combos may be accepted.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental policies and regulations is required.
• P&L management, budgeting and financial oversight experience is needed.
• Able to lead a multi-site environment and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and profitability of multiple locations within an assigned region.
• Lead operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance across branches.
• Monitor KPIs, safety metrics, and financial results; implement improvements.
• Provide coaching and performance management to Operations Managers.
• Develop budgets and manage expenditures aligned with corporate goals.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, transportation, and safety regulations.
• Support growth initiatives by maintaining key customer relationships.
