Clean Harbors is seeking a General Manager for Data Center Services to own profit and loss, and lead safe, compliant delivery of environmental and industrial services to data center customers across multiple locations. You will oversee regional branches, drive financial performance, staffing, and customer relationships while aligning operations with corporate strategy and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Environmental Science or related required.
• 7-10 years' relevant experience. Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental policies, legislation and regulations.
• P&L management experience.
• Budgeting and financial management skills.
• Able to effectively lead and manage a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall leadership and accountability for the performance, profitability, safety, and compliance of multiple Industrial Services locations.
• Responsible for regional profit and loss performance, including labor, materials, disposal, equipment, and SG&A costs.
• Monitors and manages performance of multiple facilities, KPIs, safety metrics, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and performance management to Operations Managers and site leadership.
• Reviews and approves capital, purchasing, and operational expenditures within authority; develops regional budgets.
• Ensures locations comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements (RCRA, DOT, OSHA).
• Directs allocation of personnel, equipment, and resources across locations to meet customer commitments.
• Oversees training and development to ensure required certifications and leadership capabilities.
• Prepares reports, forecasts, and operational updates for senior leadership; analyzes trends and risks.
• Supports business development and growth initiatives with key customers; identifies expansion opportunities.
