Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an Operations Manager to lead field operations for data center construction, specialty mechanical support, commissioning, and industrial cleaning. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and full compliance as you manage branch-level operations.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience in chemical cleaning, water filtration or related mechanical services, and up to 50% travel. A Bachelor’s degree in Business is required.

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in chemical cleaning, water filtration or special mechanical services.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for data center construction, specialty mechanical support, commissioning and industrial cleaning.
• Ensure health and safety is the number one priority and maintain safe work practices.
• Develop and monitor operational and financial KPIs to drive performance.
• Coordinate resources to maximize equipment and manpower utilization.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer policies and procedures.
• Manage operations at the branch and drive on-time delivery.
