Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an Operations Manager to lead field operations for data center construction, mechanical support, commissioning, and industrial cleaning. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and compliance while managing branch operations.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, and ability to travel up to 50% to support multiple sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related required.
• 5-7 years' relevant experience in one of our lines of business. (Chemical cleaning, Water Filtration and Special Mechanical) Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Manage and coordinate the efforts and Health and Safety oversite of Clean Harbors/HPC employees.
• Ensure utilization of all equipment and manpower is maximized.
• Develop, monitor and measure against operational and financial KPI’s.
• Establish processes to measure performance of all personnel to continuously improve performance levels.
• Ensure infrastructure and employees are equipped to conduct business efficiently and are able to perform well in their jobs.
• Develop and ensure compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
