Clean Harbors is seeking a General Manager for Data Center Services to own the profit and loss, drive safe and compliant delivery of industrial services, and oversee multiple facilities in the assigned region. You will lead Operations Managers, manage budgets, and ensure performance targets are met.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support field operations, audits, and customer engagements, with a focus on growth and operational

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental policies, legislation, and regulations.
• P&L management experience.
• Budgeting and financial management skills.
• Ability to lead a multi-site environment.
• Strong business acumen.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Leadership and people development skills.
• Change management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, profitability, safety, and compliance of multiple locations within a region.
• Lead Operations Managers and site leadership; plan staffing and succession.
• Monitor KPIs, safety metrics, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and financial results.
• Develop and manage regional budgets and business plans; set targets for locations.
• Ensure all facilities meet corporate policies and regulatory requirements; coordinate audits and inspections.
• Support growth initiatives by maintaining customer relationships and expanding services.
