Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years of operations and on-call support for data center facilities
• Bachelor's degree, or BS degree

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators
• Manage the performance of a diverse team of data center operation professionals across locations
• Develop career paths for employees and update internal tools
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels
• Ensure day-to-day data center operations, including 24/7 shift and hardware logistics
• Lead as SME across all aspects of data center operations
• Maintain and improve KPIs and throughput for data centers operations
• Oversee large-scale events and act as call leader
