Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience or equivalent educational background.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of operations and on-call support for data center facilities or critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators.
• Manage performance of diverse data center operation teams across locations.
• Developing career paths for employees and maintain internal tooling updates.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels.
• Oversee day-to-day data center operations including queue management and 24/7 shift planning.
• Act as subject matter expert across data center operations.
• Ensure operational KPIs and metrics are met.
• Drive improvements in processes, technology, and automation.
• Lead large scale outages and act as call leader.
• Improve workflows and throughput for data center operations.
• Document and oversee policies to meet industry best practices and SLAs.
• Coordinate on-call schedules and vacations; maintain service quality.
• Contribute to customer experience improvements.
