IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services, including electrical, mechanical and communications contracting solutions. The Low Voltage Project Manager oversees assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance while coordinating staffing and materials management.

This role requires leadership to recruit and manage staff, drive profitability, and maintain strong customer relationships across regional projects.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED; a BA/BS is preferred.
• Experience interfacing with customers and coordinating with internal teams.
• Minimum of five years in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Minimum of five years in telecommunications or related construction field.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and MS Project.
• Valid driving standards and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement network operations policies, procedures, and standards with Engineering.
• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor Network Operations Technicians across a region.
• Monitor regional network operations performance through audits, reporting, and site inspections.
• Capture lessons learned and feedback to strengthen the program.
• Serve as primary escalation point for site-level quality issues.
• Act as customer advocate, ensuring regional projects meet or exceed expectations.
• Manage staff HR actions and performance processes per company policy.
• Oversee workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• Plan for profitability and maintain project financial health.
• Review job cost postings, invoices, collections and periodic reporting.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Interface as company liaison with customer representatives.
• Create and implement account process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
