Job summary

IES Communications in Sterling, VA is seeking a Project Manager for Low Voltage Cabling who will oversee assigned projects, ensure safety, quality, and financial performance, and coordinate with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires self-motivation, leadership, and strong ability to interpret project documents. Travel within branch/regional territory is required; some interactions with customers and vendors are expected. Full-time position with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• 5+ years in telecommunications or related technical/construction field.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and installation progress.
• Plan, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review job cost postings for accuracy, including invoices, collections and financial reporting.
