Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to interact with customers and provide project updates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Technical Manager to define and implement network operations standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor technicians across region.
• Monitor regional operations performance via audits, reporting and site inspections.
• Act as primary escalation point for site-level quality issues.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor project progress and profitability.
• Interface with customers and manage vendor relations as needed.
