Job summary

IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services. The Low Voltage Project Manager leads assigned projects, ensuring they are developed, implemented, installed and managed per company standards including safety, quality, and financial performance.

The role includes staffing, training, and mentoring technicians, monitoring performance, and serving as the primary escalation point for quality issues while maintaining strong customer relationships across regions.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Five years in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement network operations policies, procedures, and standards with Engineering.
• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor Network Operations Technicians across a region.
• Monitor regional network operations performance via audits, reporting, and site inspections.
• Escalate and manage site-level quality issues; act as customer advocate to meet client expectations.
• Manage project staffing, workload distribution and progress to meet profitability goals.
• Oversee project costing, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting to customers and management.
