Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Seven (7) years supervisory or managerial experience.
• Five (5) years experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Must meet driving standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Must supervise multiple direct reports – exempt and non-exempt.
• Ability to define a project scope of work and manage to completion.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise and discharge department staff as needed.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to meet department goals.
• Manage workload distribution of staff.
• Plan, monitor and maintain project profitability to achieve goals.
• Manage scopes of work including BIM, AV, security, life safety or estimating.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Ensure quality and safety on customer work.
• Act as liaison with customer representatives.
• Develop and implement account process improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
