Job summary

IES Communications, LLC is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager to oversee assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance. You will lead staffing, materials, and customer delivery to meet or exceed client expectations.

The role requires 5+ years in supervisory roles within telecommunications or related fields, strong problem solving, and the ability to read project documents and blueprints. Travel within region is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Network Operations Technicians across an assigned region.
• Define and implement network operations policies and standards.
• Monitor performance through audits, reporting and site inspections.
• Manage project profitability and cost postings, invoices and collections.
• Act as primary escalation point for site-level quality issues and customer concerns.
