Job summary

IES is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager to oversee assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance. The role requires leading staffing, budgeting, and client communications to meet delivery goals across multiple sites in the Montgomery area.

Applicants should have 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in telecommunications or related fields, with strong MS Office skills and a proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalency required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience interfacing with customers and acting as a liaison between customer and company.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or related technical/construction field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project).
• Meets company driving standards and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• English proficiency required for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains, manages, supervises, promotes, disciplines, and discharges project staff as needed.
• Manages workload distribution and monitors customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Plans for, manages, and maintains project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Reviews job cost postings, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting to customer/management.
• Manages safety, quality, and customer relationships; participates in bid processes.
