Job summary

IES Communications, LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager to lead assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance while delivering on customer expectations.

You will coordinate with technical and engineering teams, recruit and supervise field staff, manage costs, schedules, and documentation, and serve as the primary liaison with clients throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company.
• Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical or construction field.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Must have demonstrated verifiable ability to define a project, create a project scope of work, develop detailed associated tasks and manage these to final completion and customer turnover.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement project policies, procedures, and standards with engineering.
• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor network technicians across the region.
• Monitor regional network operations performance via audits and inspections.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to meet customer and company goals.
• Ensure project profitability and manage invoices and financial reporting.
• Escalate and resolve site-level quality issues and customer concerns.
