Job summary

OEG, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to supervise and provide technical management on construction project sites from bid through closeout documentation. You will guide scope, schedule, cost controls, and team performance to ensure project success.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to safety, and effective communication with customers, subs, and internal teams. Join a top electrical contracting team focused on quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of electrical construction and theory, typically from a five-year electrical apprentice program.
• Five years' experience in a project management position outside of OEG.
• Two years' experience in Mission Critical Data Center Construction.
• Electrical apprenticeship, journeyman, wireman, project foremen/general foreman, mentorship.
• Construction management degree and BICSI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the limits of the required scope of work and when a change order is required.
• Coordinate pre-job meetings and prepare agendas; review minutes and distribute to attendees.
• Develop and manage labor resources using cost-to-complete and project schedules; track labor and forecast needs.
• Set up job cost tracking, close bids, and review budgets with estimators; manage cash flow.
