HDR is seeking an experienced leader to guide the Building Engineering Services Construction Field Services program across North America. You will set strategy, drive growth, and align cross-functional teams to deliver CA and CM services for data centers and large facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field.
• Strong people skills and ability to interact with Owners, Engineers and Contractors.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam.
• Experience leading diverse teams and enterprise-wide delivery initiatives.
• Prior CCM certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term vision and growth strategy for BES CFS in North America.
• Operationalize strategic plans into executable programs with KPIs and metrics.
• Align leadership to deliver consistent execution across regions and market sectors.
• Drive standardized processes, tools, templates, and best practices across CFS.
• Lead development of pricing strategies and staffing models in support of growth.
