Job summary

HDR is seeking a Building Engineering Services lead to provide leadership and operational direction for the North American CFS program in the Tech, Media, Telecom market sector. You will scale the program, drive profitability, and ensure delivery excellence across CA and CM services.

This role integrates across HDR’s matrix, aligning operations, market sectors, and business development to elevate the CFS offering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning and management, including contracts, change management, and safety.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam.
• Strong people skills and ability to interact with Owner, Engineer, Contractor and other project stakeholders.
• Active participation in HDR's employee-owned culture; sponsorship for US employment is not available.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term vision and growth strategy for BES CFS, aligned with BES and corporate objectives.
• Drive expansion toward a scaled, Data Center focused market sector CFS business.
• Partner with leadership to identify and capture large, programmatic opportunities.
• Operationalize the BES CFS Strategic Plan with executable programs, KPIs, and metrics.
• Align market sector, professional services, and operations leadership to deliver consistent execution.
• Drive implementation of enterprise initiatives in line with BES priorities.
• Promote standardized processes, delivery frameworks, and continuous improvement across CFS.
