Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Manager Engineering Operations to act as the technical lead for data center engineering across one or more facilities. You will supervise facility engineers, implement SOPs/MOPs/EOPs, and coordinate maintenance and emergencies to ensure 100% uptime.

You’ll manage RCA, CMMS/ DCIM systems, and budgeted expenses while aligning with safety standards and customer SLAs. Strong leadership and deep knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and facility systems are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of facility management experience in data center operations or related field.
• Proven experience with large-scale data center equipment and uptime requirements.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure redundancy configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center operations and supervise facility engineers.
• Oversee SOPs/MOPs/EOPs and ensure proper training and implementation.
• Coordinate maintenance events, incident reporting and RCA processes.
• Manage budgets, vendor coordination, and QS/SC tasks to meet SLAs.
